So today was a pretty rough day. It has been cold and rainy here all week so the kids (and I) are getting a little bit of cabin fever. They were onry and not wanting to listen and I was very close to losing my patience. We all kept things in check, but I can tell that I am going to have to find some activities for the winter to get rid of some of their energy.

Here are some great pics of the day we painted pumpkins. I wasn't sure I wanted to tackle such a potentially messy endeavor but am very glad that I did. They had fun, got somewhat messy, but it was well worth it. They were so excited about their creations and did a great job. Here are some pics of our fun!
